1997 5.9L Completed Dodge “restorations” since joining the Forum:
New headlight switch
New climate control switch
All new dash-including vent doors
New heavy duty rear axle, with new differential gears
Rebuilt Tranny
New power steering gear box
New u-joints

I’m not counting normal things like fuel pump, water pump, brakes… Those are more “maintenance “.

Still need to do the interior headliner, carpet, seat cushions and upholstery (driver seat only).

And finally, body/ trim work and I hope a new paint job! It will be glorious!!!

Look at the GENO's Garage website, for the seat foam.
They carry OEM & another quality product.

Your Dodge looks better every time you show us her images

You can still buy factory dashes?
I replaced the dash on my '01 with a factory one about 13 years ago.

Sorry I didn’t see this until now. I’m mostly hanging out in Sr Citizens group.
I bought a used “under dash” on eBay for about $800. It had a few hairline cracks but a whole lot better than mine was. It’s holding up well!

Where do you replace carpet and seat cushions? I don't want to buy them on eBay.
I want the interior of my car to look brand new.
That's a good question. I have a roll of original factory cloth upholstery fabric for my 98 that took years to locate and was told by several local mechanics not to risk it at any of the shops here in western PA.
