I changed the tensioner and the alternator. Also put an idler pulley in place of AC compressor and the sound remains. Been several months now. Doesn't seem to be getting worse, but can't be good. Any ideas?? Link below:

Yea its def belt/pulley relayed to confirm fire it up without belt see if noise is gone. From the vid your belt looks like its on the older side I would change it I have had some squeal just because they are old/stretched. Check all pulleys water pump for play ect It could also be the fan clutch making noise.

Belt is only maybe 2 months old, but it does go away when I run it with belt off. I think it's the water pump so I'll replace it and see what happens.
