2006 ram 2500 hemi no power steering

i have a ram2500 hemi and the power steering stopped working fluid is full and there are no leaks also steering box is newer only 2 months old i suspect the power steering pump but would like to be sure first

Momentarily disconnect the return line going to the reservoir. If it pump fluid back, then the pump is probably good and need to look at the steering box. If it does not come back, then probably the pump is bad.

Many times you just look down direct into the reservoir and see if the return fluid is coming back in by the agitation of the fluid moving around a bit. I would still disconnect the return line regardless though and check.
