2012 1500...rear windows stopped working

Just all the sudden. Worked fine, then they didn't. Seemed to happen after engaging the child safety locks on the rear doors. Tried to roll the windows down and they wouldn't...thought maybe it was a feature of the locks. Unlocked them...windows still won't work. This was just a few days ago. Truck is still under warranty but thought maybe if it was something simple it would save the headache of dealing with the stealership.

Do you have that window lock feature on you door controls up front? Did it get enable by accident?

Do they work from the drivers controls but not the rear door controls?

There is a lock feature up front...we checked that. The windows do not work from the back or the front controls. Checked the fuse but can't tell if it's bad but it's a huge fuse that is linked to a bunch of cabin stuff so if it was bad I'd think a bunch of other things wouldn't be working...everything else seems ok.
