I am having trouble using the USB hub input. It has power and recharging is possible, but the USB will not play music or connect an MP3 player, iPhone, iPod, etc. The media option is greyed out no moatter what you connect to it. I tried both USB 1 and 2 and no luck. Is there an update to fix this? I contacted infotainment and was told that an update was coming, but after several calls, over the past 2 years, I have had no updates or resolution. The customer support keeps saying that an update will come out "soon".
