Help!! No heat on driver side and barley lukewarm on passenger side!!

Ram 2500 problems lol
Was doin about 60 floored it and once the engine hit 4K rpm it won’t rev higher and the engine sputters in a way if ya know what I’m saying it’s also limited to 4K rpm in every gear and is still driveable any help needed ASAP please or other things to try other than buying a Cummins lol Thank...- Johnny dang

So my truck has been at the dealership for 2 1/2 months waiting on OEM lifters but they said there are 11,000 back orders!!!! A/C issues.
Complete A/C rebuild, new condenser, compressor,dryer, evaporator, all new hoses. Added 3 oz of oil to compressor 1oz to condenser 1 oz to evaporator, and 2 oz to dryer. 7 oz is factory recommendations.
