2013 4.7 looses performance after 1st start

Just noticed this as of late bc i have nothing else to do. After the truck is started up first thing in the morning, she’s responsive, snappy, and really quick. (for a high mileage 4.7), but once i put her in park, shut her off, and restart her, she falls on her face performance wise. Only thing i can relate this to is amy schumer’s comedy career.

it seriously is weird. she just completely falls on her face and has similar acceleration to a 3.7L V6 sometimes.

If i has over 200k on it thats probably why lol but yea id never buy a ram without a hemi in it my 2007 with a 4.7 was a slug.

Turns out it being slow isn’t the only thing that it does. Feels like it’s hesitating too, If i step on the gas the RPMs go up to around 2K, stay there for a few seconds, jump up a few hundred, and then stay there too. Time for a tune up!
