Got it done. Found a guy, David (20) fixed the problem. He ordered new harness on Amazon $40 versus the $327 dealer wanted in addition to the 3 hrs estimated service quote at the $200 hr labor …

David was quite through. Once re wired from the entire rear camera new plastic housing thru rear taillight, under truck to passenger bottom floor jam to screen itself. Once re wired, rear camera was scrolling horizontally up and down. David recognized there wasn’t enough power going to it to have it work properly. He found the schematic and wired a feed to power it up. He did a tremendous job for $40 labor. I was happy to give him a $20 gratuity as he saved me hundreds.

I then proceeded to Rivers Casino for a nice meal and hit four of a kind with the kicker. Made the day even sweeter!

Just a quick final comment as IMO it’s warranted.
