2014 cylinder head difference and issue

I have a 2014 tradesman. I purchased it with blown head gaskets. Once apart i noticed someone had done gasket’s before. Once back from the machine shop I checked the head numbers and noticed it has two left side heads according to part numbers. These are definitely the ones I took off. Does it matter and should I check to see if I can swap one at the machine shop? I was getting ready to install them today when I double checked.

I would think they are labeled left and right for a reason
