For that 2014 Ra4/VP4-NA Nav (68224525Ax) on v14.x SW, you will need to be on v17.x before you can update to v18.45.x.
Make sure you have the engine running during any updates or on a battery charger to keep the voltage up. A low voltage battery is a good way to brick a radio during the update.
