Picked up my used 2016 1500 EcoDiesel Big Horn a couple weeks ago, 19,500 miles on her. loving the truck. I hate chrome. this thing has a lot of chrome. stage 1 chrome delete this weekend. step bars. removed, cleaned, scuffed, primer, spray bedliner, and topcoat of semi gloss. will do same to the front and rear bumpers, and the grill. maybe the wheels, TBD. door handles need some attention as well.....

Awesome. I've started the dechroming process myself. Though mine has less to dechrome. I have a 2015 Express.
I started with the headlights though.

first thing i did was remove the "RAM 1500" from the doors. my truck looks so much better without that on the doors. makes the chrome door handles not look so bad. i dont mind a little chrome since i have chrome bumpers, door moldings and handles but add in that huge ram 1500 lettering in chrome and it was just too much.

This is one of the first things I do to my vehicles as well.

I agree...it looks a lot better.

yes, will debadge as well, so much easier to detail a truck without all that garbage in the way.
