2016 Ram Tailgate Assist from factory??

the nutsert was a pain but I got it

Has anyone had any problems with the DeeZee Tailgate Assist causing rust on the tailgate or the truck bed where it attaches?

I'm concerned about the backside of the tailgate where the nutsert goes in start to rust from the inside out after the install.

Do you have any updates on rust? Did you ever have that issue?

Nope. Just keep the pivot points lubed and good to go
