2018 6.7 Cummins Surging and Bucking at speed

I am on my 3rd AISIN transmission. ALL under warranty. Truck has 49000 miles on it. At speed, the truck seems to "buck" and surge. Idle is good. Anyone out there having the same problems? I am interested to know what your thoughts are. ALL help is appreciated. RAM techs can't even figure it out.

Bad lift pump, clogged fuel filters or water in the fuel all could be the issue.

Have you gotten a CEL?
