So it has happened 3x now and dealership cant fix it if its not doing it.
Happens on extremely cold days ...like single digits this am. Everything works except the blower. Ive tried all buttons and went through all the obvious dials, knobs , buttons , etc.
Anybody else had this issue with a resolution?
My dealership is 25 min away and on both attempts to take it the damn blower kicks on without touching a thing. " we cant diagnose it if it isnt broke " that is the most annoying response you can get.
Anyone?

First thing I would check is the plug to the fan.

Is it on all the way?
Are any wires loose or is the plug corroded?
Resistor working?
Loose fuse?

I have found on mine when it is really cold I have the heat range turned up as hot as it will go to keep the cab warm but I have no issues with the fan.

Check this out.
