Yup, he's right. 2021s can be ordered through dealerships, even though the Ram website doesn't have them yet.

Or maybe they are too busy selling what's on their lot? If I was serious about ordering a 2021 I'd call them.

You can go to a dealer and place an order but you will be paying close to the full MSRP as there are no incentives in place for the 2021 trucks. Ram is trying to get new 2019 and 2020 trucks off dealers' lots.

My guess is that it not be until sometime in October that there may be incentives or deals. Until then all one can do is find a dealer who will sell the truck for a small markup above the dealer invoice amount.

Just got back from Dodge dealership and NOPE, can not order 2021 trucks.

I went to the dealer and found out I could order a 2021 but they did not have a 2021 options list. Was told it would be pretty much same as 2020 and could use that list, but would rather get rid of the “pretty much” in that statement. Still waiting. The dealer did tell me uconnect5 could be ordered.

Just got back from Dodge dealership and NOPE, can not order 2021 trucks.

I would check with a different dealer. I ordered my '21 2 weeks ago.

You will do better to go to your dealer and buy one sitting in the lot. Also if they don’t have it, they will work to get it for you... I had a local dealer make a 1200 mile trip to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. Ordering a vehicle gives the impression you only get what you want but that is not true. Everything is a “package” and you cannot pick and chose what comes in that package...

You're right for the most part, but there are some stand-alone options which don't require you to select a package, such as rambox, MFT, larger gas tank, air suspension, tow brake...etc. Good luck finding one on a dealer lot with all of those. They're out there, but most dealers don't option trucks out with all of those options. And on our Limited we wanted all of those, and more LOL.

2021 orders are open according to Cochrane Dodge in Alberta, Canada. New and used stock has been tight in the area.

They're saying MSRP on Big Horn is a few hundred higher, and that there are no appearance packages available for it at this time so I'm stuck with the chrome.

They are also saying XA1 option for trailer reverse steering control is available!
