2022 Limited half of wireless charger DOA

New owner and member. 2022 Limited wireless charger will only recognize and charge on the left side of the charger pocket. Near the middle I get the searching red light, on the right side nothing

Is this normal or is there a setting somewhere I need to turn on?

I have the phone app setup to recognize two phones, could that be a stopper?

Is it possible only the left side has a charging pad, the rest of the slot is dead, just a phone holder…?

Same here. 2023 Limited. Watched all the videos and none indicate the right side charges. Why would Ram make it look like a charging pad?

Not sure about yours. but mine 2021 is left side only. Rarely works.

It looks like it should be both sides, but it's not.

I've tried taking the phone out of the case, didn't help. Useless crap if you ask me. Worked maybe 15-20 mins since I've owned the truck.

Mine works ad advertised in my 19 Laramie Longhorn. The charging pad is on the left side of the phone holder and the right side is just a phone holder. When I place mine on the charging pad I first line it up the center of the phone with the cutout for the cable then slide it the phone to the right about 1/4 inch and good to go.

Same here on my 22 Ltd Longhorn. I've learned to put it in the right spot and it charges every time now with a phone cover.

If you look at the pads closely, you'll see only the left one has the charge symbol.

I emailed Ram customer service. The response is that only the left side is designed to charge. The right side is just a holder.

It's not a fast charger by any means, and the doors have to be closed for it to work. I was a little disappointed with it.
