Just got my 2024 ram 1500 with the factory LED reflector headlights. These things are killing me coming from a 2018 with FXR projectors and 50w HIDs. Looking at options that offer significant low beam performance increase. From what I see not many integrate with the factory LED.
1. Vlands (cheapest $500 for the pair not sure about quality and beam output)
2. Form lighting ($1000, nice cutoff but beam looks not as wide as stock LED)
3. Morimoto XB ($1,500 nice cutouff, good beam and bright in lowbeam but high beam doesn't look fantastic)
4. Alpharex? (not sure they offer one yet)
I've tried googling reviews but no one really does any good comparisons. I'm looking for similar readings provided by headlight revolution etc. I would love to see width comparison, Lux readings etc.
Anyone have any experience with any of these or can offer any pros/cons to any? Clearly the morimoto XB seems like the best option but also the most $$. If I could honestly do a HID projector swap in a LED housing I would.
