2WD front wheel bearings - ABS vs non-ABS

I am in the middle to replacing a bunch of the front end on a 2004 Ram 1500 2WD, and I thought both front wheels had ABS sensors but found when I removed things that one the driver side does.

Is there any issue in just installing the ABS-sensor bearing assembly on the passenger side, and clipping off the harness or just zip-tieing it out of the way? I believe it is just a sensor and nothing active in anyway - correct?
