Wow, does not look that big in your photos, that's why I was wondering.
Yeah it's up there in size! Lol

I want to hook it up with the weight distribution and see how it tows. It was a bit spongy for my liking with just the airbags. This was the first time towing this trailer with my Ram. The usual tow vehicle is a 2013 F-250 diesel. That pulls it just a tad better ;)

I was going to buy a set a couple months back actually. The only thing that stopped me was the damn Canadian dollar! I'd have to pay an extra 27% on top of the airbags and shipping cost. It's been the mod stopper!

If it helps at all we are offering a $50 rebate till the end of June. I know the exchange is terrible for you guys right now.

Maybe the place you bought them (airlift 1000 yes?) will let you exchange them for the 5000!

Let us know how the boss air bags work!

Boss Air bags worked great, I towed my camper through western PA(Ohiopyle) to West Virginia. I had the about 10 PSI in the bags and the WD hitch set with three links extra on the top of the chain. About 6500# camper with 800# tongue weight. I got calculated 10.2 mpg towing the camper about 250 miles.

I ended up going with Tuftruck springs instead of the air bags. Working nice!

You know you can get them from vendors up here, right? I bought all my sets from lowriders.ca so I don't deal with exchange or border issues.
Although for $482 (or even $432 with discount) you could get the TT springs and not need airbags. I love my Airlift 1000s but now that the truck is a dedicated tow vehicle, springs are on the menu so no more messing with air.

Robob- your WD bars look REALLY cranked up.Have you tried adjusting the hitch head angle so the bars can stay parallel to the ground? That will make sure they don't bind in tight turns or backing up.
