Anyone else’s truck blow cool, but not cold when idling? Mine is nice and cold when driving, but it seems to struggle at idle. Just wondering if it’s normal or if there’s a problem starting to form. Honestly I cant remember if it did this last year or not, but this 107 degree heat got me sweating.

every vehicle I have ever owned has not been as cold at idle...lower RPM means less refrigerant compression.

Low compressor speed, low fan speed, no air movement, high ambient temps. It's really rough for the AC to perform sitting still at low idle.

Rev the engine up to about 1100 rpm and it'll be much better.
