Alfa obd work for a 2020 ram 1500

Does anybody know if the alfaOBD can adjust the correct engine hours and miles on a 2020 ram 1500? I got a new cluster and need to put the correct hours and miles on it. Any help is much appreciated! TIA

No not on the 5th Gens I sent mine to a guy in Virginia off of eBay he only charged $125 he takes $15 off if you provide your own return shipping label I get a fedex discount with my job and went the return label route. Paying for another shipping method other than the USPS might be a good idea right now you might get you package within a month or so using them.
