12" Uconnect 5 upgrade - backup camera issue.

I installed a 12" UC5 upgrade kit into 2020 Ram 3500. After installation, I was getting a blue screen when I put the truck in reverse. Tried to tweak rear camera present setting on alfaobd but no luck. Then I swapped the uc5 module to another one. So I went from 2024 production to a 2021 production receiver module, both out of a heavy duty truck. Still the same problem. What am I missing here? Is it something to do with the programming? I will attach a link to the harness kit that I purchased below.

Everything working just fine except the backup camera. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What is the software level of the module?
It would be under the Vehicle icon then 'Settings" then "system information", is either a "T' level software or a "U'
