Alternate Head Unit replacement for UConnect 2

Has anyone found a replacement for the Uconnect 2 head unit? Looking for something not factory in case this one fails--so expensive to buy a factory replacement. Does a replacement still work with tailgate camera and does it offer touch screen replacement for the dashknobs?

some of those comes with the cable, so that you can still control the steering wheel functions

With other options, you have to preset the steering wheel controls, because you will lose that function.

The best part is, that pre 2018 radios, can have Apple & Android apps
