Has anyone used the newer aluminum LCAs to replace the steel ones used on the '02-'08 4X4s?

It seems to be a good idea as they would reduce unsprung weight by about 50lbs each side.I am assuming that they are just as durable- since they are on all of the '11-'19 trucks, and have not heard of any problems with them.
Can't lump 02-05 4x4's in there, they have torsion bars. Different LCA.

You are right, my mistake. '06 and up.
