Amp steps

Purchased 2014 1500 crew cab with amp research steps, but the step won't come out if I open the rear driver side door, all other doors work anyone else have this issue?

Do you know style controller the steps have? is it plugged into the obd2 plug?

Not connected to obd plug

you will need to check to see if the wires are pulled into the connect spots under the dash.
