My wife has an18 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with projectors. Now according to O’Reillys the bulb is a H11.
The lights suck!
Will going to an H9 bulb work?
I’m not familiar with projectors at all.
I know the low/high are combined but, I’m not sure how they work.
Wednesday we’re taking a 400 mile night time road trip to see grandson #2 arrive from the factory. [emoji13]
I really need to improve the lights before we leave.
Hope y’all can help me out.

Go to headlight revolution .com site and put the jeep model and year in and see what you can put in maybe Led lamps would be more output for the trip

If you have projectors then they are tailor-made for an HID upgrade.

I don’t really have the time to order a bunch of parts and do an upgrade. I’m looking for an OTC bulb that will get me a lil more time and a brighter light for this trip. Then I can do an hid upgrade mod. I’m thinking that if it’s an H11 then I’ll do the H9 bulbs and get past the current obstacle.

Try PIAA or Sylvania SilverStar bulbs. Those two are the best halogens I've found.

Good luck!

If you want a quick & easy solution for night driving go with Sylvania Silverstar Ultra headlight bulb (same bulb # truck has now). For glass bulbs this will give you much improvement vs standard OEM. Approx $50. I would eventually upgrade to a good LED bulb for the projector style headlight in 5K color.
