Anyone running 275 65 R20.
Just ordered a set of Ranch quick lifts for up front and Icon 2 stage 1.5" over stock coil springs for the rear (softer then stock ride at stage 1 with 75% stiffer stage 2 coil for added towing and load cap.)
Also hooked up with guy on craigslist that just bought a 2014 blacked out express that wants to trade for chrome wheels, perfected because I wanted black LOL and both truck have same miles so everyone is happy!

Question is I was looking to run 275 65 20 (34"X11") I was looking at General grabber AT2's , Nitto terra grappler, or cepek fun country!

next option would be a 295 60 r20 (34.45 X 12.36) but I believe I would need a 1/4 wheel spacer to keep from rubbing?

Im thinking of doing the same as you and put 275/65/20 on. Discount tire direct has the best price on Falkins right now. They also have them on ebay.I have the bilstiens at 2.8 in front and 2" progressive coils in the rear.35'' tires would look good but I do not want to hurt performance with my 3.55 rear.So going up 1 size to 34 from 33'' is what Im going to do.But it still looks O.K. and I only have 7k miles on my stock tires so I might wait another year or find them on sale then replace.

^^^ looks nice man.
I would love to go 6" zone with 3" boby lift with some big ol 37-38's but the reality is this isn't the farm truck. She still needs to serve duty as a family truck. Even though i only have 1200 miles on it we did take it up to camp this weekend and i did enjoy getting 20.5 mpg!

I think the Rancho's all the way around, set of progressive 1.5" springs in rear and set of 275 65 20's will give it a nice stance abd still keep some fuel mileage and performance.

Think that comes out to a 34" tire. There's a few guys running that setup. I think it can even be done without a level. The stock size on my truck was 275/60R20 on a Sport. The width is was gets you in trouble with rubbing the UCA's. On a level you should be fine.

You are correct cruiser. Stock my truck has 275 60 20 33" figure going to 275 65 20 34" will give little more meat and the All terrain tread will give more aggressive look.

I agree. To me this is the setup a 4x4 should have come with from the factory. 34's on a level is a great combination. :)

275/65R20 is nice option since HD Ford's have that size and it is a little better price because of it. 285/65R20 will fit no level they are 34.7. That is what I have but only a couple tires available in it. See my signature.

I know this thread is a little old, but how close were you to rubbing with no lift and the 285/65R20s?

From what I've seen, most 285/65R20 tires are Heavy 10ply and over 60lbs ea.

BFG A/T's are 63lbs ea in that size, stock Good-for-a-years are only 40lbs.

You better have low rear end ratio (3.92's at least) or you could to be hurting for power and fuel economy.
