Are front bumpers interchangeable with all 4th gens?

I have a 2012 RAM 2500 Laramie Cummins. The front bumper was a little damaged has a small frowning look the previous owner probably got to close to a post? No frame damage when I purchased it. What bumpers are interchangeable for this year? I want to go-to a You Pull It to get a replacement

The difference I've found is in the fog light orientation. The HD trucks have horizontal and the 1500s are vertical.

Also, these bumpers are pretty flimsy. I kissed a deer with mine and was able to pull it back out with a cushioned ratchet strap tied off to my other truck. From your pic all I can tell is it needs to be pulled back out some.
