Auto high beams no?

Am I missing something. I purchased a 23 Rebel. Pretty loaded up with options. After spending over 70K. I don’t have auto high beam headlights??? What would it cost Ram about $3.00???
Rant off & apologize in advance if I have them & don’t know how to activate
