Bed extender w/o RamBox

I really like the Ram bed extender but I noticed its only for the Ram with the Ram Box. Is that true? Do I have to buy a steel flip one or does Ram make a nice one that works for a truck w/o the RamBox?

I have a AMP bed extender and works great. Got in in eBay for $200.

Not to resurrect an old thread, but is there an installation kit (hardware) that comes with this bed extender?

I really miss not having one on my 2014 Laramie.
