Bed replacement

Bought a take off bed from a company who does specialty bed replacement (mechanics trucks, flat beds, etc.). The bed I bought came with the factory holes pre-cut for heavy duty tie downs and the goose neck attachment. It came with the parts for those holes that mount on the frame. The new bed is a 2021 bed, and will be putting on a 2013 2500 tradesman. Question is...I would think the gooseneck receiver would attach to frame cross members. Looking under the old bed, I do not see any where they should be. Is this year truck not setup for this situation?

Do you think that there is a removeable cross member, such as the ones that they use on the rear of a transmission
