It includes clamps and a K&N RF-1041 filter (has around 1000 miles). The filter may or may not fit your 3G setup so double check the part # to make sure the diameter works. Made for 5.7L
It is powder coated black
There is a slight powder coat blemish that reveals the steel but does not take away the functionally of the intake. You will also need to use a bracket as it does not come with it either. Seen some just use a j hook type setup. There is no plaque either.

$250 shipped using Paypal Gift (will ship within 24 hours and provide tracking number) or Cash local.

Will post pics of the blemish and Filter when i get home.

There are some marks on the pinion when i brought them here from a member and my installer said that they may whine but they were silent until i removed them last month. About 20k total miles on them.

$90 shipped using Paypal Gift (will ship within 24 hours and provide tracking number) or Cash local.

Will add pics later.
