I just saw on KDKA that PA State Senator Elder Vogel has written a bill to provide an emission exemption for vehicles less than 10 years (currently 2002 forward).

Problem is that the PA house does not have this bill on their schedule, which will delay any action to spare us from emissions testing.

Those of you who live in emission required counties, this is an opportunity to do something to rid us of this $30-$40/year inspection that only a fraction of cars fail.

Take a moment, go to The Pennsylvania General Assembly - Find Your Legislator

To find your representative and urge that representative to expedite Sen. Vogel's bill regarding emissions exemption.

My parents live in allegheny county so my car needs emmisions
My dad and brother have multiple vehicles so they end up brig exempt for driving under 5,000 miles

I'll pass it on though

Thanks! Those of us in non-exempt counties could use all the help we can get.

I have a diesel Ram, exempt, and a Challenger that will have less than 5K at inspection next year. At the same time, EXEMPT stickers aren't free. It's illogical to pay $15 for a sticker saying that I've driven under the 5,000 mile limit.

Well if we couldn't get it done under Corbett, I wouldn't COUNT on getting it done under Wolf-in-sheeple's-clothing... :homoswitch:
