I recently had the front and rear locker lights blinking when the knob was turned to the lockers disconnected position and the truck was in 2H. I disconnected and checked the smart bar connection as well as the connectors on both axles. All the connectors were corrosion free. I did spray them with QD Electrical cleaner and put them back together. Then I opened both differentials and cleaned the magnets. The front differential magnet had very little metal on it. The rear differential had much more metal, about the size of a pea. After putting it all back together I drove it and the front and rear lights continued to blink with the switch in the lockers off position and the truck in 2H. Then after a couple of miles the lights stopped blinking and went solid in the lockers disengaged position. I then took it off road and engaged and disengaged the lockers multiple times successfully in 4L. Maybe this can help someone else who is experiencing this.

Good info.
I have the blinking lights issue on my 2017 Power Wagon. It doesn't appear to prevent the axles from locking, however -- but it is annoying! I also had the diffs opened up and cleaned of any metal shaving residue. This had no effect on the blinking light issue, but regardless it's still good maintenance to be doing every so often.
