I just got my differential changed 2 weeks ago and it blew again. Is the dealership still liable or am I screwed and gotta pay another $5000?

You payed out of pocket? Not under warranty?

Are you lifted with bigger tires? If you have bigger tires then Yes the dealership will require you to pay for the repair as they will blame it on the bigger heavier tires as the reason your diff blew up ....

You should look into a Eaton tru-trac, they hold up well.
