So, I ordered the Zone 6.5" radius arm lift on Tuesday and today I ordered Moto Metal 970's wrapped in 37" Nitto MT's. Should all be on my next Wednesday.

Going on my '16 3500 4x4 Big Horn :)

For those that may be curious. The top of the front fender arch measured 41" and the rear was 43" at stock height. Post lift they both measured 47.5" BEFORE wheels/tires. Props to Zone for truth in advertising! First lift I've ever had that was right on the money.

Looks awesome man, nice work!! Question about the lift install, how long did it take you and what is relatively easy? All bolt on install?

I had a local shop do the lift. It is just too big of a truck to do without a full shop lift, axle jack/stand, etc. It took them 6 full hours to complete. That includes making adjustments to the steering, etc. You do have to cut the slots off of the drag link to get enough adjustment due to the drop pitman arm.

There is a very small but noticeable 'dead zone' in the steering.

Fuel economy has decreased by about 4-5mpg average.

No steps either.......that is a tall truck to get into......looks great especially for folks who love lifted rigs.

4-5mpg decrease? Wow that is a hit.

I am about as high as I can go and tow comfortably on a simple leveling kit and 35s......but without the side step getting in with pants on would be a nut cracker for me.

Haha! It's not that bad. I am going to install some AMP steps in a month or so. I want to keep that clean look. I may also have to add some fender extensions but I am waiting for John Law to force the issue.
