bully dog installed in 2013 ram

No I was confused at his question because I have a 2013 and I have never had drl since I bought the truck. But the tuner shows them in the display but have it set to off.

He's been asking that question for a minute now, I answered it but my truck was a 12 not a 13. Since yours is a 13 you should be able to answer it.

Minute? Haha I've been asking Bully Dog since the end of last year. Thanks for your help, but there were too many electrical changes and software changes for the 2013 model year to keep me from dropping $500 on a gamble. I imagine Bully Dog just doesn't care about testing a Canadian truck since it's a small market up here.

To clarify my answer: yes my BD in my 2013 has the option to turn on or off my lights. The feature is currently set to off.

Haha yes that's what we do up here. Well if there are a lot of Canadians on this forum then hopefully one of them will have a 2013 and a BD tuner... then they can put this thing to rest.

Is there a difference between mine and one you would want to ask about? The menu option is there for the 2013's

The only difference is his is a Canadian model. I don't know what that difference is.

According to my dealership, the Canadian VIN trucks are programmed to be "virtually impossible" to turn off the daytime running lights... I realize the American and Canadian RAMs are made in the same factories, but the software programming is different in this area... and that's the tricky part. And it's a shame Bully Dog simply won't do the work to test their own tuner on a Canadian RAM.

Bummer. I was surprised on the amount of options the BD offered but I do not know about the Canadian models. Based on standard computer knowledge, it should work since the computers are the same and it's just a flash difference. But I would probably wait if it was my money too

I'm going to get a BD soon once I get my catch can. If it doesn't work I'll just return it. Hope they have all the bugs out.

Exactly, the AEV ProCal Module... I had one for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler... only a fraction of the cost, and very simple and reliable.

I played with mine a bit and know that I can turn mine off and on through the BD but as we already mentioned it's in good ol Merica.

This is how

1- lock seatbelt in
2- turn ignition to "ON"
3- wait for seatbelt warning light to remove from dash
4- remove and insert seat belt 3 times within 10 seconds
5- leave seatbelt in on the 3rd time
6- turn ignition to "OFF"
7- listen for chime to confirm operation worked

I can't get my 2013 to keep the fog lights on with my bully dog. It's an option and I have it set to stay the brights but they turn off. Any ideas?
