I recently purchased a 2013 RAM and now the driver's side headlight is not working. The turn signal and fog light work but not the low and high beams. While trying to fix this issue I saw a loose wire and wonder if it is related (I included a pic). Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe? Its definitely not factory though. My first thought is, I hope it's not the problem because it's in the wrong place to be anywhere near the problem.

Have you checked fuses and inspected the headlight harness?

The wiring for the headlights runs from the body control module (BCM) to the headlight housing connector. There is a slight difference between the base model and the premium. The base model uses two 3-pin connectors, and the premium uses one 14-pin connector at the headlight housing.

Connector C1 of the headlight housing on the base model has both the low & high-beam wires.

After checking for power to the low/high beams I plugged the harness back in and the headlights are working again. I'm glad it was an easy fix. Thanks for the replies/help.

Thanks for the update, and glad to hear you have it sorted out.

Sometimes connector pins become displaced, oxidized, or corroded, which could contribute to a failure. The action of removal and replacement of a connector may provide a temporary solution.

If the problem returns, remove and closely inspect with an LED light and a magnifying lens.
A light dose of contact cleaner with multiple R&Rs might be helpful.
