Don't get rid of the cat, you'll give that poor ECM fits (or especially if you have emissions testing). You may want to replace it depending on the miles though.

This One hae 145k miles on it so I think it's still fine. So a cat back exhaust might be good?

Removing the cat won’t effect driveavility, all it would do is throw a check engine light. The rear sensors doesn’t do anything other then check if the cat is working correctly. There are ways to trick the computer or have them tuned out al together. I haven’t had cats on my truck since I’ve owned it
