Chrome Clad Removal

How does the Clad come off?

Its sonic welded on - heat and vibration. The cladding does come off, but not easily (and is usually damaged beyond reuse). The wheel behind it is hideous looking as they were designed to have a clad covering over it.

No its glued on and it looks better behind the clad.
