climate control lights area

The only lights I have working on my 08 Laramie In the climate control area is the rear window. I pulled the panel off and there are lights. do you have to replace the circuit board. . Are the heated seat lights etc. made in the switches?

I believe there is a wire that runs from the cluster to the climate controls for the lights. A 20 gauge orange with a gray stripe. Might check for any kinks or any broken-ness along it

Thanks found out I need to replace bulbs that are soldered in.
