I'm guessing it's not going to be like a cell phone screen that you can replace easily. Vehicle manufacturers have a way of making you pay a premium to fix things like that IMHO. You may have to replace the entire unit. Check your area for a "pull-a-part " type salvage yard. You may find a replacement there. Good luck.

eBay has a bunch of options if you are willing to do it yourself. Or you can take it someplace and have them put in the part. Infotainment is pricey. I dont know any details of you Ram to put up links.
