Dock cleats for stake post holders

Anyone seen dock cleats that can be fitted into the stake post holders on a RAM 1500? Closest I've seen are these tie downs:

...but I was looking for horn cleats. I've seen some that bolt to the insides of the bed, but I'd prefer them up top like they used to be on my old Sport Trac. Very handy for tying lines to a boat when putting in at the ramp...

Never seen any for stake pockets. You'll need to "fabricate" something to secure into the pocket and bolt a cleat to it.
Have you tried a marine supplier or Amazon?
