dodge ram 1500 electrical issue

hello happy new year i have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 4.7 v8 with 150k miles on it i have a issue were

when i hook up the battery my rpm and mph at the bottom blink or flicker
along with if i turn on the lights they turn on and off

everything on the cluster works no limp mode is showing or any other issues

when i got the truck there was exposed radio wire could that effect it as well ?

i took out the radio and the wire harness for it still same issues

i also have the red light on the bottom side driver side a red light that keeps going off

it drives like normal everything shows on the dash i can post a video if they will let me here

so put in a new fuze for the cluster it was working then my odometer side doing the same thing and still same issues

2002 dodge ram 1500 odometer issues in dashboard cluster

need help figuring out why my truck is having flashing head lights there is clicking at the fuze box for fog light relay but i do not have them truck drive...

Ok so I took out the alarm but had wires hanging I do not have blinking lights issues or battery drained .

When taking out wires this one came out

It’s pink and black I do not know we’re it goes does it go to the harness that goes towards the wheel or to the main harness in the picture and if it goes to the wheel harness we’re does it go
