I'd want to see pictures, especially of the fenders both on and off the vehicle. And I'd like to see exactly how they attach to the truck.

I’m not sure the reasoning for wanting to convert to a dually? Just for looks?

These posts pop up about once a month (and go nowhere) I'll never understand why anyone would do this, especially to a newer truck.
If you need a dually, trade in your current truck and buy a dually. For the amount of time and money you would put into it (to do it right) just doesn't make sense. On top of that you are de-valuing the truck, nobody is going to want a home made half azzed dually when it comes time to sell it.

Not trying to be a jerk but it really makes no sense to convert it.

And you still ll limited by the axle rating.

I'll keep mine with a 9750 a le rating.
