Exhaust recommendation for Nigth Edition 1500

Hi,

Any recommendation on exhaust for the 5th gens. I have a night edition so I wanted to keep the black exahust tips. I had magnaflow on my 4th gen and love the sound.

Well, if you like the tips and the rest of the system is OK, why not just take out the OEM muffler and put a Magnaflow in it's place?

I've done that with a couple of my own Ram trucks and it always worked well.

Agree, just do a muffler swap and save a ton of money vs doing a catback.

Lots of options. You can do a muffler kit from Magnaflow, Carven, etc...OR you can doa full catback with black tips. There are many options there but I highly recommend the Borla ATAK or S. IMO the ATAK is the best sounding exhaust for the 5.7 HEMI

I put the Borla Type-S on and love it. A bit louder than the Magnaflow 18 that I had on my '15, but it's not just the volume, it's the sound. Plus, it doesn't sound horrible in MDS-mode.

No you can not get the same muffler they offer on the systems but we can get you something close. Just be aware it is a universal muffler so cutting and fab work will be needed. It will not just bolt right in.

Have a friend with a 5th gen and the Borla Atak. It's loud af and sounds amazing. Would definitely recommend.
