Hey guys so I finally started some mods on the new truck, got a 2.5" rc leveling kit going on this weekend and some Bushwacker pocket style fender flares coming in this week and just undecided whether to get them painted to match or leave them the flat black, ive seen them both ways on different trucks but unsure with my truck being black not sure how itll look. what is your guys opinion? Next up is rims and tires getting the fender flares first so can get some -offset rims to go with some wider tires, as I believe by law you can only have tires sticking out 1" past fender. At least here in Canada.

I agree with mojoe, count me in as another vote for no paint.

I say paint them. I personally think they look a lot nicer when they match

Paint them! I've installed 20+ sets of pocket flares, they look best painted. The only time I think they didn't look too bad unpainted was on a white truck.

I will be leaving mine flat black to match the flat black accents I am putting on my truck, but if I wasn't adding flat black I am still for either way I like both looks.

Painted. to each their own with leaving them unpainted but I think they look unfinished like someone just slapped them on there. I put mine on unpainted for a bit strictly for winter and to prevent road debris and hated the look. Much cleaner painted.

Thanks guys, was leaning towards painting them just wanted some feedback. does 400 seem a bit steep to you guys to have it done?

I vote paint or LINE-X because the plastic will eventually fade.
