Finally pulled the trigger on a light bar!

I finally bought a light bar!! SMITTYBILT RPD light bar!! iv been looking for weeks now and could not make up my mind... now its just a waiting game and i dont like waiting lol and now i need to find some lights to install ?

thanks i hope the installation goes smooth because there is ZERO instruction anywhere!! and for light.. im not to sure i was hoping you guys could help me out with it ??

That will look good! For lights, do you wanna go halogen, HID or LED? Hella makes a model of each, as does KC Highlites and PIAA to start.

Id recommend Hella 500ffs, then throw some HIDs in them. Unless you want to spend more money

but i guess ya have 3 spots to put lights on so i dont know wht you want

I really like some of the new LED lights that have come out. KC HiLites makes several models that are pretty reasonably priced. Certainly not as cheap as halogen or HID units but they draw a lot less power and really do throw out some great light.

ya LED's are pretty awesome but im kinda going for the pre runner look so that would be like big 9'' round lights .. but maybe i can change it up

Go with a hella 700 then. You can do a hid conversion the same with the 700 as you can with the 500, and you gain two inches in size.

I looked into getting my 500ffs online and it would be about $30 just for shipping. The 700s are a little bit harder to find, but the 500s are sold at stores like greggs and acklands grainger

ok guys well this sucks!!! check out the email i got today after they told me they had none in stock and i asked what i could do to get it fast so they called smittybilt and this is what cam from it !!
