Will these work with a regular cab

They will need to be cut to cab length depending on what you want. You could let them go past the cab if you want. Amp boards don’t come with custom lengths. It’s up to the end user to fit them.
I put them on my 2018 2500 crew cab and they fit the entire side, both front & back doors. So much better to use than step bars, but you door give up some side protection the step bars allow for. Don’t know the seller, but that’s a good deal.
