Generation & Halo Light Ring

What generation is my 1994 Dodge Grand Caravan and can its halo light ring be activated? Which former threads, saw the schematic from alpinegreenneon. Anything further? Thank you.

I did join the minivan group with a Generation 2 Dodge Grand Caravan. I think the keyless entry system is required to accept, via the BCM the RF frequency which drives the halo light around the ignition key receptacle. If you found a bypass system to drive the halo light independently of a non keyless entry system, that is the question and would help. Thanks.
